Software Developer
This is a wonderful opportunity for a top-notch software developer to strut their stuff while working on state of the art products. At GMT you will be part of growing and highly exceptional team. You will have an opportunity to work with several Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, .NET, AJAX, C#, C++, and beyond with wide latitude and input into the solution design and process flow. Description
- The ideal candidate must have experience building high performance, multi-user products.
- Experience in a software product company preferred.
- Be prepared for a fast paced, dynamic work environment where you will be working on multiple projects in various stages of development.
- C++, C#, or Java experience (3+ years).
- Artificial Intelligence and database experience a big plus.
Product Support Specialist
- We need an additional Product Support Specialist on our team.
- You will be part of a team whose responsibility it is to ensure smooth operations for our End-users by completely supporting our clients with their questions and problems. Troubleshooting and problem solving will be an integral part of this position. We expect this candidate to be able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in supporting a large and complex application in a Windows environment. Experience with software utilized by the call center or banking industries preferred. Being bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Position may require some travel.

Quality Assurance Engineer - Software
Description
- Create test plans for assigned tasks/projects.
- Create and execute repeatable test cases.
- Conduct test result analysis, effectively identify and document system deficiencies throughout the development life cycle.
- Review software requirements and design documentation from which test scenarios will be written.
- Quickly develop a working knowledge of the application.
- Identify the boundary conditions, failure modes, interfaces and weaknesses of the application.
- Coordinate and perform Integration Testing with the development team.
- Report software defects in bug tracking systems and monitor status through to resolution.
- Confirm product or feature requirements for accurate testing.
- Ability to work well with application development teams.
- Must be flexible and able to change tasks quickly, and pay exceptional attention to detail.
- Must be able to identify cases that will test the application under normal and abnormal conditions.
- Ability to work under pressure and within aggressive schedules.
- Must have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or commensurate experience.
- 2 – 3 years minimum work experience in application software QA testing.
- Experience testing in a Windows environment preferred, [.NET and SQL Server]
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Experience working in a CMMI environment desirable
Technical Software Trainer
Description
If you enjoy meeting people, seeing new places, and are passionate about sharing your knowledge, then we have the perfect job opportunity for you.
- Your responsibility will be to ensure a smooth installation process for our clients by training end-users in the use of our software.
- You will provide complete support throughout the implementation process.
- You will also assist in developing lesson specifications and modify, revise and develop lesson material as needed.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience delivering training in a classroom environment
- Implementation of a large and complex application in a Windows environment.
- Experience with software utilized in the call center or banking industry preferred.
- You will travel coast to coast, approximately 75% of the time.
- This position requires solid interpersonal skills, public speaking experience, and excellent presentation and delivery skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2 – 3 years minimum work experience
- Strong written and verbal skills.
